How do I submit my expense claim?
You can submit your expense claim through the online self-service website ‘My XXImo’ (www.xximo.nl). Immediately after logging in, you will see a menu on the left-hand side of your screen, with the option ‘Submit expense claim’. Athlon Mobility Card users are referred to https://athlon.xximo.nl/mijn-xximo/
Only claims submitted within two months of the failed transaction will be processed. Please remember to provide your customer number when submitting a claim – this is the 8-digit number featured on your XXImo Mobility Card under your name.
